The Blues welcome promotion chasing and fifth placed Kingstonian to Victory Road on Tuesday, April 8th. This will be the fourth meeting between the sides with Leiston yet to taste victory over the K’s after a draw and two defeats. Earlier in the season, after heavy traffic postponed the first scheduled fixture, the Blues were defeated 2-0 at the Kingsmeadow Stadium. Kingstonian have lost only once on their travels this calendar year and are unbeaten in their last eight games and last Saturday secured a 4-0 win at Cray Wanderers. Whilst they do hold the final play-off spot after their visit to Victory Road they face Dulwich Hamlet, Lowestoft Town and Wealdstone in three of their final four home games so a difficult end to the season. Leiston meanwhile are the third joint best form side of the Division with Lowestoft Town and Wealdstone above the Blues purely on goal difference and will be looking to continue where they left off Saturday when a hat-trick from Joe Francis helped the side defeat Thamesmead Town 3-0.
